This delicious caramelised skillet apple oatmeal is a combination of classic baked oats and traditional apple crumble. Perfect to eat make and feed to the whole family or to serve and store in individual portions for eating throughout the week.

I enjoyed mine with a dollop of coconut yoghurt; breakfast perfection.
If your fruit bowl is overflowing the feijoas or even if you’re lucky enough to have an abundance of stone fruit, this would be glorious with either of those too. Add a handful of berries too if you like!
