Ingredients
- 1 400g can chickpeas, drained
- 1 cup dates, soaked in hot water for 10 mins
- 5 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 4 Tbsp cashew butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup soy milk (or any plant based milk)
- 1/2 cup choc chips, melted
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, for decoration

Instructions
- Line a 20x20cm slice tray with baking paper.
- Put chickpeas, dates, cacao powder, cashew butter and soy milk in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Spread into your slice tin and use wet hands to press flat.
- Melt chocolate chips/buttons/drops then drizzle over the top and sprinkle with hemp seeds (or nuts) then place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Slice and enjoy!
