Made these as breastfeeding treats for my friend who has a newborn, but don’t let that put you off trying them yourself!
I love me a good choc chunk cookie, but these bites are pretty darn special and safe to eat with no raw eggs! yay.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter)
- 4 Tbsp cacao butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp plant-based protein powder optional
- 1/4 cup dark choc chips

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls.
- Place cookie dough balls in the fridge to harden for an hour then try stop at one!
