‘Tis the season and all that!
These are really fun to make with the kids but actually taste delicious and use real food ingredients. Get them to cut the shapes out and decorate their own.
This is actually the first time I’ve made a recipe using molasses and I have to say it gave it the most awesome taste once cooked.
They came out really crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. Perfect for dunking in your cuppa!
If you don’t have molasses, just use more maple syrup. Feel free to get creative with your decorations also. You can use the icing to act as a ‘glue’ to stick some pebbles as buttons, go to town! Enjoy guys x
