Healthy Home Made Vegemite

Super easy and only 4 ingredients! We eat store bought vegemite too for the big kids aka hubby & Hope, but I love this on some grainy bread for me and Elsie. It’s great to exposure her to a new flavour but also offers a great calcium source from the tahini 👍Spread thick with avo & sauerkraut, it’s so delicious! It will last in the fridge for a few weeks too.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup black tahini

  • 4 Tbsp tamari sauce

  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and then spread over your favourite grainy loaf and enjoy!
