Is there anything more divine that a gorgeous hot cup of cacao on a cool winters evening?!
Pimp your hot choc with these amazing fluffy marshmallows! They melt like a dream. You will LOVE them as much as I do!

Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3 Tbsp powdered gelatin (I use @nutraorganics)
- 1/4-1/2 cup honey (I used manuka) depending on your preference
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp cornflour for dusting

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add water and sprinkle gelatin over. Allow to bloom for 2 minutes.
- Add honey and vanilla to saucepan and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Transfer mixture into a larger bowl and then whip with electric beaters or a standing mixer for 7-8 minutes until stiff peaks form.
- Transfer mixture to a lined tray with deep sides, smooth top and transfer to the fridge for 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge, cut into desired sizes, coat in cornflour then enjoy!
