Deliciously chewy and chocolatey, this is an easy must make for the fridge this weekend.

Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth almond butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup melted cacao butter
- 3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup melted dark choc (70%)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- pinch salt

Instructions
- Mix the almond butter, maple syrup, cacao butter, and cacao powder in a small pot on low heat until combined.
- Add the dark chocolate and continue to mix until the chocolate is melted.
- In another bowl combine oats, coconut and salt then pour the wet ingredients over and mix well.
- Line an 10cm x 20cm loaf tin with baking paper and spread the batter into the pan, gently pressing down evenly.
- Place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours then cut into bars. Store in the fridge.
