I’ve been grabbing a few “protein” bars at the supermarket recently as I’ve been going post gym and getting hangry! (Note to self, do not go shopping hungry!) Anyway, I figured it made more sense to whip up my own and tote them to the gym, so made these the other day and loved the chocolate and tahini combination with the crunch of the sunflower seeds.
Completely nut free and refined sugar-free, they make the perfect 3pm pick-me-up or ideal lunch box filler.
You can roll this mix into balls if you prefer (I’ve done this too), or make the slice like I did here.
