I wanted to make a quick snack that was yummy, perfect for the lunch box, but that was also going to be gut lovin’ and nutrient dense.

These bliss balls are just the right amount of sweet, but with so much beneficial fibre in the form of psyllium husk and flaxmeal.  We all know that fibre is essential for optimal gut health, and we can get our fibre from fruit and veggies galore, but why not also get a daily dose from a snack!
