If you’re looking to ferment water kefir grains but don’t want to have to start nurturing them straight away- this is a good option.
Dried water kefir grains can be stored in a cool place for a couple months, or in the fridge for up to six month.
You will receive approx 1 tablespoon dried grains which equates to 4 rehydrated/wet grains. This can ferment 3-4 cups of kefir within 24-48 hours.
These grains will last a lifetime if looked after.
