Viili yogurt can be fermented at room temperature  (20-26 degrees Celcius) with good quality dairy milk for 6-8 hours.

Once you have a starter culture, as long as this is fed it will last forever. 

During lockdown, your starter culture will be sent in dried form in case of delivery delays.
