Choc Chip Breakfast Cookies

6 ingredients, chunky, soft and delicious. You can’t go wrong!Amazing for breakfast but also an after school treat. They won't last long.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 large bananas (mashed)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp ground flax

  • 1/2 cup chocolate drops

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Mould into balls and place on a tray. Lightly press flat with your palm.

  4. Bake for 10-12 mins until lightly browned. Enjoy warm.

Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
