Light, flurry and only 6 ingredients! Say what?

Zero refined sugar and no oil, great for an afternoon snack for you and the kids.

Feel free to add a handful of chocolate chips through the batter at the end, or even some blueberries.

Add some chopped walnuts or almonds to the tops to decorate and maybe a light sprinkle of coconut sugar for crunch.
