Bounty Bars have always been a favorite of mine and this version taste so similar to the original it’s kinda scary!

I made them into bites coz portion control!

You NEED to make these asap.

 

Just remember to put a tin of coconut milk in the fridge the night before and you’re all prepared to make them!

Instructions
  1. In a slice tin with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Press into a lined loaf tin, smooth top then transfer to the freezer for 2 hours to set.
  4. Once set, remove and chop into bite sized pieces with a warm knife.
  5. Melt chocolate and then dip/coat your bites with chocolate and place on a lined baking tray.
  6. Transfer tray to fridge to set for 30 minutes.

Keep in fridge for up to a week. These also freeze well. Enjoy!
