- Identify then discuss areas of change most important to YOU
- Define a vision statement
- Develop achievable goals, short-term and long-term
- Develop a plan of action TOGETHER

- An individualised action plan and session notes

- Email support and accountability between sessions to reach your goals

Follow Up Consultations – 30-45 mins $80

- Discussion of obstacles/barriers to change and strategies to manage these
- Revision of health plan and refining goals as necessary
3 or 6 Month Coaching Packages – from $450
