No Bake Chocolate Fudge Slice

Deliciously chewy and chocolatey, this is an easy must make for the fridge this weekend.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup smooth almond butter (or any nut butter)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 cup melted cacao butter

  • 3 Tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 1/4 cup melted dark choc (70%)

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the almond butter, maple syrup, cacao butter, and cacao powder in a small pot on low heat until combined.

  2. Add the dark chocolate and continue to mix until the chocolate is melted.

  3. In another bowl combine oats, coconut and salt then pour the wet ingredients over and mix well.

  4. Line an 10cm x 20cm loaf tin with baking paper and spread the batter into the pan, gently pressing down evenly.

  5. Place in the fridge to set for at least 3 hours then cut into bars.

    Store in the fridge.
